Our curated collection of skis includes only best in class selected by our team of female ski testers. You'll see skis from Kastle, Blizzard, Volkl, Black Crows, Elan, Head, Nordica, Rossignol and more. We'll also have our ski experts right there on the snow with you, to help guide you, from ski to ski. Here are a few tips on the ski demo process to get you started. December 14, 2024(1 event) Grass Sticks Demo Day – Join Grass Sticks at Loveland on December 14, 2024, to demo their award-winning ski poles! The will be set up at the Loveland Basin base area from 9:00am - 3:00pm offering guests the chance to test their bamboo ski poles. There is no cost to participate, although a valid lift ticket as well as a driver's license and credit card for deposit are required. |

December 27, 2024(1 event) Ski with a US Forest Service Ranger! – The US Forest Service and Loveland Ski Area team up to host Loveland's Ski with a Ranger Day! Join a Forest Service Snow Ranger for a fun, free, and easy run centered around the relationships between Loveland and the land we all enjoy so much. Topics include glacial geology, winter ecology, local history, and partnerships and are suited for all ages (recommended for ages 8+). Simply meet at Ptarmigan Roost Cabin at the top of the Ptarmigan Lift at 1:00 pm for a run with the Snow Ranger (plan to get there 15 minutes early). The Ski With a Ranger Program will be taking place until the end of the season. Please check our Event Calendar for scheduled Ski With a Ranger Dates. Loveland is only 53 miles west of Denver (just before the Eisenhower tunnel) and 12 miles east of Summit County on I-70, at Exit 216.
