GETTING HERE
Loveland Ski Area is located on the Continental Divide just 53 miles (85km) west of Denver or 12 miles (19km) east of Silverthorne at on Interstate 70 at Exit 216.
PARKING – SHUTTLES
Our convenient, FREE parking right at the base of the area doesn’t require figuring out confusing shuttle schedules. You’ll be on the slopes in no time. Shuttle service to and from the Basin & Valley is available every 5-10 minutes. The Valley shuttle stop is located in front of the Valley Sport Shop. The Basin shuttle stop is located at the bottom of the parking lot main stairs.
Bus Service to Loveland on the Snowstang
Snowstang provides a convenient way to get to Loveland Ski Area! Let Snowstang do the driving so you can rest up and get ready to hit the slopes. They pick up in Downtown Denver at Union Station, and also at Federal Center Station in Lakewood and the Wooly Mammoth Lot in Golden, where there are Park-and-Ride lots available. Check the schedule, pick your travel date, and then select your ticket types! Tickets start at $25.00 Round-trip. Get a round trip bus ticket and an adult lift ticket for $134. Additional discounts will be available for Seniors and Children. Each Snowstang coach is equipped with a restroom, free WiFi, power outlets and USB ports. PLEASE NOTE: You must purchase a ticket below to reserve a seat. Cash purchases will only be allowed after all ticketed passengers have boarded. Click HERE for more info.
SNOWSTANG TRIP DATES
runs every Saturday and Sunday from December 17 to May 7 (except December 25), with additional trips on MLK, Jr. Day and President’s Day.

You can likely find a ride on Uber or Lyft up to the mountain, but it can be difficult or sometimes impossible to find a ride home. If you plan to use Uber or Lyft to get up to Loveland, please make sure you have a way home at the end of the day.
