May 4, 2024(2 events) Vaqit Sampling Promotion All Day Vaqit Vodka Soda is visiting Loveland to sample their product line to our guests! They will be set up by the Rathskeller Bar giving away promotional items and sample of their vodka sodas. Live Music: Earl Nelson and The Company – Colorado based country-blues musician, Earl Nelson, is reinvigorating the field of modern americana-roots music. Influenced by everything from early 20th century hill country blues & bluegrass to the groovy 1970's era country funk. Writing about the working class American, Earl's lyrics are heavily inspired by his time working in manual labor as a welder. Focusing in on ongoing labor rights struggles, the music and lyrics behave without genre boundaries. Earl Nelson & the Company is coming from Golden to jam out at the Basin from 2-5PM! |

This event is open to all guests and there is no cost to participate. 5th Annual Neverland Banked Slalom – Never Summer, Toyota, Red Bull and Loveland Ski Area are teaming up to host the 5th annual Neverland Banked Slalom! Join us on May 11th for this classic snowboard race taking place off Ptarmigan Lift. Click HERE for more info. Live Music: Coral Creek String Band – CORAL CREEK is a nationally acclaimed Colo-Caribbean Newgrass band featuring the original music of Chris Thompson. Inspired by the islands and the mountains alike, CORAL CREEK conjures a unique vibe, delivering big sounds and high-energy shows that appeal to audiences across the newgrass, rock and jamband spectrum. Drawing influence from legendary guitarists Jerry Garcia & Tony Rice, don’t be surprised when CORAL CREEK launches into a second line jam with tenor saxophone soaring over organ swells and a rolling banjo. Listen close and you might even hear some steel pan and coqie frogs. |
May 12, 2024(3 events) Loveland Closing Day Celebration! All Day Join us as we celebrate Closing Day for the 2023/2024 season at Loveland Ski Area! On Sunday, May 12 we celebrate the conclusion of another great season at Loveland with a day filled with springtime laps, an outdoor BBQ, drink specials and live music from Coral Creek String Band on the Basin Patio! Don't miss out on the fun! Never Summer Cheddar Tour Rail Jam All Day Join Never Summer Pro Riders at Loveland for a freestyle rail jam! This event is open to all ages and abilities. Registration is free but participants must register and sign a liability waiver before being eligible to compete. Never Summer will be there judging the event, giving pointers, giving away tons of gear and spreading stoke! After registration, and a short practice period, the event will start! The “Jam” style event means unlimited amount of runs/attempts within the 2 hour competition window. Riders can ride the chair, or “hike” the features for most possible attempts. After the event, 3 snowboard winners will be chosen from kids, women's and men's categories followed by an old school product toss.
