Spring is in full swing at Loveland Ski Area! With Loveland Valley now officially closed for the season, all operations have moved to Loveland Basin for the final weeks of skiing and riding. But the fun’s far from over—spring is packed with live music, exciting events, and sunshine-filled laps. From patio jams to benefit parties and our annual Banked Slalom, there’s no better way to wrap up the season.

📚 Ski & Ride School Update

With the Valley closed, Group Lessons and 3-Class Pass lessons are no longer available for the remainder of the 2024/25 season.
BUT—learning doesn’t stop there! Private lessons are still available through closing day.

Whether you’re looking to fine-tune your technique or just want a guided day with a pro, private lessons offer a personalized experience on Loveland’s iconic terrain.

    Join us on Easter Sunday for a Spring Skiing Giant Easter Egg Hunt! Gather at the Basin area for first chair at 8:30am and keep your eyes peeled for the giant hidden Easter Eggs as you ski down the slopes, browse the Sport Shop, and wander the base area. Huge eggs mean huge prizes such as skis, snowboards, and tons of other awesome goodies. There are a limited number of these giant Easter Eggs hidden around the Basin on the slopes and only one can be claimed per person. There will also be thousands of small eggs for the little ones to collect around the base area.

Meet Bob Clawson, a true Loveland legend with stories as deep as the powder on the Ridge! Bob started his journey in the ’80s, patrolling and tossing bombs at Berthoud Pass, before bringing his avalanche expertise to Loveland in 2002. After 7 seasons patrolling the Ridge, Bob made the switch to the driver’s seat—now piloting our passenger cat for Loveland Snow Cat Tours.

From early morning ascents to untouched lines, Bob’s the guy behind your dream powder day in the high alpine.

LOVELAND SKI AREA SEASON PASSES ON SALE APRIL 3 – LAST SEASON PRICING

Loveland Ski Area is thrilled to announce that season passes for
the 2025/26 ski season will be available for purchase starting Thursday, April 3, 2025. In a
move that underscores its commitment to offering exceptional value, Loveland is keeping
prices at last year’s rates, offering one of the more affordable options for skiing in
Colorado.

For the first time, Loveland will offer an easy, flexible way to pay for season passes. The
new Payment Plan lets guests spread the cost of their pass over several months, with no
interest or tax fees. This means that skiers and riders can lock in the lowest possible price
and enjoy the benefits of their pass while breaking up payments, making the cost more
manageable.

“Holding our season pass prices steady for another year is a deliberate decision to show
how much we value our loyal passholders,” said Rob Goodell, Senior VP and COO at
Loveland Ski Area. “In a time when costs are going up everywhere, we’re committed to
keeping skiing at Loveland accessible and affordable. We’re also introducing the Easy Pay
Payment Plan to make it even easier for guests to lock in the guaranteed lowest price.

Pricing:
• Adult: $599 or $549 for renewal
• Young Adult: $409 or $389 for renewal
• Child: $199 or $189 for renewal
• Midweek: $449 or $419 for renewal
• Senior: $199

It’s important to note that these rates reflect last year’s pricing, which will only be available
for a limited time—during the spring sale. After the spring period, prices will increase, so
guests are encouraged to act quickly to take advantage of these exceptional rates. As in
previous years, Loveland’s 4-Paks will go on sale in the fall, offering another great way for
guests to enjoy Loveland at an affordable price.

Passholder Benefits:
• Ski for free for the remainder of the 2024/25 season upon purchase of your 2025/26
season pass
• Access to 30+ partner mountains, including exclusive bonus days at Monarch
Mountain, Purgatory, Schweitzer, Whitefish, and more

Easy Pay Payment Plan Details:
• Spread payments over several months, interest-free and tax-free

• The total cost must be paid in full before a pass can be printed or used
• Passholders who opt for the payment plan will not be able to use their pass during
the remainder of the 2024/25 season until the payment is completed

Loveland Ski Area is proud to continue its participation in the Indy Pass for the 2025/26
season. The Indy Pass connects skiers and snowboarders to over 230 independently
owned ski resorts across North America and beyond. Loveland Season Passholders can
purchase an Indy Pass add-on to enjoy even more mountains for a fraction of the price.
