Join us for SheJumps Wild Skills Junior Ski Patrol, a day camp at Loveland Ski Area on April 19, 2025! Girls will learn mountain safety and first aid while working with the strong women of Loveland Ski Area. This event is intended for intermediate to expert skiers/snowboarders ages 8-13.
Program Summary
This SheJumps Wild Skills event is structured as a full-day camp experience. Parents/legal guardians drop off participants for the day, who are then split into teams based on their age and ski/boarding ability. Throughout the day, participants are taught a range of outdoor skills that are utilized by ski patrollers to keep the mountain safe. We will work alongside patrollers and volunteers to learn more about the many facets of mountain safety and first aid.
Skier/Boarder Ability Level: This event is intended for intermediate to expert skiers & snowboarders. As part of the registration process, you will be asked a variety of questions about how confident the participant is on particular runs at Loveland to help us determine which group they are best suited for.
Cost: This event costs $40. If participants don’t have a season pass, day lift tickets are available for participants for an additional $25. Make your relevant selection at checkout, discounted tickets will be given to participants on the day of the event. Scholarships are available to cover the cost of registration and a lift ticket.
