RENTAL SHOP
The Loveland Rental Shop has all the equipment rentals you need to have a great day on the slopes!
The Basin Rental Shop is located behind the flagpoles and next to the Sport Shop and Main Lodge at Loveland Basin. The Valley Rental Shop is located underneath the restaurant, on the patio, at Loveland Valley. Both shops are open from 8:00am – 4:30PM, seven days a week. Reservations are strongly recommended for equipment rentals, especially on weekends and holidays. Reservations can be made on our website prior to your visit. Walk-ins will be taken on a first-come first-serve basis depending on availability. Please be aware that the only way to guarantee rental availability is by making a reservation in advance.

ADULT PERFORMANCE (Age 15 and Up) – BASIN ONLY

- Performance skis package for advanced and expert skiers. Includes our retail level skis, any Basic or Performance ski boot, poles, helmet and goggles. Poles will be included with any ski package. Individual items can also be rented if needed.
Performance package rentals will require a credit card to be kept on file before the equipment will be released to the customer. Be sure to have a credit card with you when you arrive to pick up your performance rental equipment. If you do not have a credit card with you, you will be required to rent sport equipment for the day, with a $10 refund being issued on your original performance rental.

MULTI-DAY RENTALS
If you would like to book a rental package for consecutive days, please use the online reservation system to book your first day before you arrive at the ski area. You will be able to extend your rental for multiple days with a $5 discount when you check-in for your first day. No overnight storage at Basin or Valley Rental Shops. Guests must take equipment with you for multiday rentals. See Basin Sport Shop for limited overnight storage ($5 per snowboard/skis).
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
CANCELLATIONS
Cancelling a reservation 24 hours or more in advance of start time = full refund
Cancelling a reservation within 24 hours or after start time = 50% refund
Cancelling a reservation after a prior reschedule = 50% refund
RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling before the scheduled start time = no charge for first rescheduling
Rescheduling more than once before scheduled start time = $20 fee for each
Rescheduling after the start time = $20 fee, even if it is the first rescheduling
Please note:
-Rentals are not available after 2pm
-Any cancellations or rescheduling must be COMPLETED by the start time
-Sending an email, leaving a message, or attempting to call is not sufficient
-Full refunds are only issued to cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance
-Once you reschedule a reservation, you are only eligible for a 50% refund

Loveland is only 53 miles west of Denver (just before the Eisenhower tunnel) and 12 miles east of Summit County on I-70, at Exit 216.
