Employee Real Deal Request Portal

Everyone knows the Real Deal program is one of the best perks of being a Loveland Employee!

Please use this portal to submit Real Deal requests. Please allow 24 hours for Real Deal requests to be fulfilled.

After closing, Real Deals are only processed Monday – Thursday between 8:00am – 4:00pm. Real Deals can be requested for Friday, Saturday or Sunday during Arapahoe Basin’s closing weekend but must be requested by Thursday 4/7 at 4:00pm.

Real Deals are now electronic! Please fill out the form and ensure you use an active, correct email when submitting as that is where your electronic Real Deal voucher will be sent. Bring your 2025/26 Employee Season Pass and your electronic Real Deal vouchers to the visiting area like in year’s past. You must be an active Loveland employee, and all information must be accurate and match your employee season pass exactly.
