Employee Real Deal Request Portal

Everyone knows the Real Deal program is one of the best perks of being a Loveland Employee!

Please use this portal to submit Real Deal requests. Please allow 12 to 24 hours for Real Deal requests to be fulfilled.

You must be an active Loveland employee, and all information must be accurate and match your employee season pass exactly. To be eligible for an Indy Pass request you must work a minimum of 2 days per week. Please take note of the blackout dates below and be aware that restrictions could change anytime.

2024-25 Season Real Deal Blackout Dates:

  • Arapahoe Basin – Blackout 4/1/25, $10 for closed resorts
  • Aspen Skiing Co. – $10 for closed resorts
  • Echo – Real Deal valid for tubing Mon-Thurs, blackout 2/17, 3/10-3/20/25, reservations recommended
  • Granby Ranch – Blackout 3/14-3/21/25
  • Purgatory – 1/18-1/19/25, 2/15-2/16/25
  • Telluride – Blackout 1/18/25, 2/15-2/16/25
  • Winter Park – $10 for closed resorts

Other than the Blackout Dates listed above, Real Deals will be issued to all other participating resorts 7 days a week.
