11April 11, 2025●(1 event) Loveland Ski Area Blood Drive with Vitalant – Patients need you! Vitalant is facing a blood emergency as donated blood is going out to hospitals faster than donors are coming in, causing the blood supply to sink to its lowest level in a year. Donors of all blood types are needed, especially type O and platelet donors. Loveland will be hosting a blood drive from 10AM - 2 PM on Friday, April 11th. ALL DONORS WILL RECIEVE ONE FREE LOVELAND LIFT TICKET! |

19April 19, 2025●●(3 events) CCMRD Skate Park Rail Jam + Gala All Day The Loveland Ski Area Rail Jam + Gala; a fundraiser for the future Idaho Springs Skatepark (coming Summer 2025!) The Skateboard community committee behind the Idaho Springs Skatepark Project, is working in partnership with the Clear Creek Metropolitan Recreation District (CCMRD) to bring a skatepark to the Idaho Springs Sports Complex. Help us close the funding gap that stands between us and our future world class destination skatepark in Idaho Springs -- and let's have some fun celebrating how far we've come to get to this point!

Click Here for More Information about the Idaho Springs Skate Park SheJumps Wild Skills Junior Ski Patrol CampApril 19, 2025 Join us for SheJumps Wild Skills Junior Ski Patrol, a day camp at Loveland Ski Area on April 19, 2025! Girls will learn mountain safety and first aid while working with the strong women of Loveland Ski Area. This event is intended for intermediate to expert skiers/snowboarders ages 8-13. This SheJumps Wild Skills event is structured as a full-day camp experience. Parents/legal guardians drop off participants for the day, who are then split into teams based on their age and ski/boarding ability. Throughout the day, participants are taught a range of outdoor skills that are utilized by ski patrollers to keep the mountain safe. We will work alongside patrollers and volunteers to learn more about the many facets of mountain safety and first aid. Skier/Boarder Ability Level: This event is intended for intermediate to expert skiers & snowboarders. As part of the registration process, you will be asked a variety of questions about how confident the participant is on particular runs at Loveland to help us determine which group they are best suited for. Cost: This event costs $40. If participants don't have a season pass, day lift tickets are available for participants for an additional $25. Make your relevant selection at checkout, discounted tickets will be given to participants on the day of the event. Scholarships are available to cover the cost of registration and a lift ticket. Loveland's Amazing Giant Easter Egg Hunt! All Day Join us on Easter Sunday for a Spring Skiing Giant Easter Egg Hunt! Gather at the Basin area for first chair at 8:30am and keep your eyes peeled for the giant hidden Easter Eggs as you ski down the slopes, browse the Sport Shop, and wander the base area. Huge eggs mean huge prizes such as skis, snowboards, and tons of other awesome goodies. There are a limited number of these giant Easter Eggs hidden around the Basin on the slopes and only one can be claimed per person. There will also be thousands of small eggs for the little ones to collect around the base area. |

26April 26, 2025●(1 event) 24th Annual Corn Harvest Benefit Ski Party – It's more than a benefit - it's a good time with old friends and new. Join us for a fun day of spring skiing, BBQ lunch and refreshments. The day will also feature live music from Mark Morris & The Rope Duckers (with special guests), and a HUGE collection of drawing prizes while giving back to an organization that provides backcountry information and education to our community: the Colorado Avalanche Information Center (CAIC)! Get your tickets before 4:30 pm on Friday, April 25th to help us manage check in and avoid lines! If you do miss the pre-registration cut off, we will have day-of registration from 8:30-9:30 am Saturday, April 26th. Hawaiian shirts strongly encouraged! EVENT SCHEDULE TO COME! As always, there will be some great gear and other prizes raffled off after hitting the slopes. Your registration includes one drawing ticket but bring extra cash and buy more all to support your avalanche center! |
