It’s time. Loveland Ski Area opens for the 2025/26 season on Saturday, Nov. 8.
Chet’s Dream will run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., offering top-to-bottom turns on Catwalk, Mambo, and Home Run, providing nearly 1,000 vertical feet and 1.5 miles of early-season terrain. A small terrain park will also be open.
Major kudos out to our mountain teams for making our opening day a reality. They've been working around the clock to get us open and this season was no small feat. We couldn't be more grateful.
Come join us for our 88th season. Enjoy the first laps of the season, music in the base area, fresh-baked brownies for the first skiers and riders in line, and pick up a custom Opening Day button from Toyota to mark the occasion. We can't wait to see you on the slopes.

Beacon Bash promotes and prioritizes safety within the backcountry skiing and split-boarding community. They are dedicated to educating and empowering outdoor enthusiasts with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to make informed decisions and mitigate risks while exploring the pristine wilderness. Through interactive workshops, hands-on training, and expert guidance, they aim to foster a culture of responsibility, preparedness, and camaraderie among backcountry adventurers. Their ultimate goal is to ensure that every participant returns home safely, while preserving the pristine beauty of our backcountry playgrounds for generations to come."

Patients need you! Vitalant is facing a blood emergency as donated blood is going out to hospitals faster than donors are coming in, causing the blood supply to sink to its lowest level in a year. Donors of all blood types are needed, especially type O and platelet donors. Loveland will be hosting a blood drive from 10AM - 2 PM on Thursday, November 20th.
