If you’ve ever been to a traditional ski demo, you know the drill — long lines, lots of dudes, and not much focus on women’s gear. Outdoor Divas Women’s Demo Days are different. In fact, they’re the only ski demo events in the entire country designed just for women.
At Loveland Ski Area, you’ll have the chance to test the newest women’s skis — back-to-back, in real conditions — without the pressure or chaos of a typical demo. Our team curates the best selection from top brands, set up specifically for women, and we’re right there to answer questions, share insights, and help you zero in on what feels best underfoot.
It’s more than a gear test. It’s a supportive, fun, and refreshingly different way to discover skis that actually work for you. From confident cruisers to adventurous powder seekers, women of all levels will find something that elevates their day on the hill.
Pre-registration isn’t required, but it really helps. If you sign up in advance, check-in is quicker and you’ll spend more time skiing and less time filling out forms. Walk-ups are always welcome too.

The Ninety-Pound Rucksack Challenge is an annual ski mountaineering event that honors the legacy of the 10th Mountain Division, their historic World War II ascent of Riva Ridge, and their post-war contributions to American skiing.
Participants across the country recreate the 10th’s legendary climb by ascending 1,500 to 2,500 feet and skiing back down. This event is a chance to celebrate history, community, and the spirit of adventure embodied by the 10th.
The Challenge is brought to you by the producers of the Ninety-Pound Rucksack podcast, which recounts the Division’s origin story and its impact on outdoor recreation in America.
Join Shaggy's Skis to try the entire 2026 ski lineup at Loveland Ski Area! Shaggy's Skis reps will be here offering free ski demos to guests all day. This demo is free to participate, but participants must have a valid ID and Loveland lift ticket for the day.
Join us as the Loveland Race Club hosts a free Family Race Day on Saturday, February 28, 2026! The race will take place off the Ptarmigan Lift in Bennett's Bowl from 10am - 2pm and will be open to skiers and snowboarders of all ages and abilities. Come out and race your friends and family for fun and bragging rights. The race is free and open to everyone. Just sign up the morning of at the E-Tow Cabin at the bottom of the racecourse.
