It's our last demo day of the season. Make sure to meet us at Loveland. You know the saying, April skiing is epic, so never miss an April Women's Ski Demo Day. We're the only women's ski shop and the country that host demo days exclusively for women. Skip the dude fest at the other on snow ski demos, and come ski with us. Our curated collection of skis includes only best in class selected by our team of female ski testers. You'll see skis from Kastle, Blizzard, Volkl, Black Crows, Elan, Head, Nordica, Rossignol and more. We'll also have our ski experts right there on snow with you, to help guide you, from ski to ski. Rooted in reggae, infused with jamtronica, and charged by drum and bass, Giant Walking Robots present a sound both familiar and forward-thinking. The dynamic four-piece – out of Denver, Colorado – blend entrancing melodic grooves with a heavyweight rhythm section, while allowing their jams to breathe and explore.

Join us as the Loveland Race Club hosts a free Family Race Day on April 5! The race will take place off the Ptarmigan Lift in Bennett's Bowl from 10am - 2pm and will be open to skiers and snowboarders of all ages and abilities. Come out and race your friends and family for fun and bragging rights. The race is free and open to everyone. Just sign up the morning of on the Basin Patio or at the top of the course.
River Spell, formed in 2022, is a Colorado-based folk/rock jam band that delivers immersive grooves and contemplative lyricism with a timeless, yet innovative blend of sounds. In a live setting, River Spell uses improvisation and energetic reciprocity to cater to a powerful and authentic music experience. Join them for après on the patio!

Colorado based country-blues musician, Earl Nelson, is reinvigorating the field of modern americana-roots music. Influenced by everything from early 20th century hill country blues & bluegrass to the groovy 1970's era country funk. Writing about the working class American, Earl's lyrics are heavily inspired by his time working in manual labor as a welder. Focusing in on ongoing labor rights struggles, the music and lyrics behave without genre boundaries.

Patients need you! Vitalant is facing a blood emergency as donated blood is going out to hospitals faster than donors are coming in, causing the blood supply to sink to its lowest level in a year. Donors of all blood types are needed, especially type O and platelet donors. Loveland will be hosting a blood drive from 10AM - 2 PM on Friday, April 11th.

Forged in the mountains of jazz, and tempered by the funky realities of city life, Denver based Zenobia Street Funk Collective has been rocking stages across Colorado for years and is STOKED to once again play Loveland Ski Area - Blend jam-band sensibilities with soulful grooves, pair it with internationally-renowned musicianship, and you have a hint to what lies in store from Zenobia's six bandmates - Inspired by groups like Lettuce, Soullive, Cannonball Adderly, and Snarky Puppy, Zenobia puts musicianship at the center of the stage, and let's the jams dictate where to go next. If you like live music, if you like jams, and if you like dancing, then this is the show for you!
Brett Kretzer is an accomplished roots and bluegrass mandolinist, teacher, writer and outdoorsman currently living Golden, Colorado. While his roots are in the rich traditions of old time and bluegrass music, that certainly isn’t the limit of his influences, and he isn’t afraid to venture outside of the box and explore other musical genres.

The Loveland Ski Area Rail Jam + Gala; a fundraiser for the future Idaho Springs Skatepark (coming Summer 2025!)
The Skateboard community committee behind the Idaho Springs Skatepark Project, is working in partnership with the Clear Creek Metropolitan Recreation District (CCMRD) to bring a skatepark to the Idaho Springs Sports Complex. Help us close the funding gap that stands between us and our future world class destination skatepark in Idaho Springs -- and let's have some fun celebrating how far we've come to get to this point!

Join us for SheJumps Wild Skills Junior Ski Patrol, a day camp at Loveland Ski Area on April 19, 2025! Girls will learn mountain safety and first aid while working with the strong women of Loveland Ski Area. This event is intended for intermediate to expert skiers/snowboarders ages 8-13.
This SheJumps Wild Skills event is structured as a full-day camp experience. Parents/legal guardians drop off participants for the day, who are then split into teams based on their age and ski/boarding ability. Throughout the day, participants are taught a range of outdoor skills that are utilized by ski patrollers to keep the mountain safe. We will work alongside patrollers and volunteers to learn more about the many facets of mountain safety and first aid.
Skier/Boarder Ability Level: This event is intended for intermediate to expert skiers & snowboarders. As part of the registration process, you will be asked a variety of questions about how confident the participant is on particular runs at Loveland to help us determine which group they are best suited for.
Cost: This event costs $40. If participants don't have a season pass, day lift tickets are available for participants for an additional $25. Make your relevant selection at checkout, discounted tickets will be given to participants on the day of the event. Scholarships are available to cover the cost of registration and a lift ticket. Join us on Easter Sunday for a Spring Skiing Giant Easter Egg Hunt! Gather at the Basin area for first chair at 8:30am and keep your eyes peeled for the giant hidden Easter Eggs as you ski down the slopes, browse the Sport Shop, and wander the base area. Huge eggs mean huge prizes such as skis, snowboards, and tons of other awesome goodies. There are a limited number of these giant Easter Eggs hidden around the Basin on the slopes and only one can be claimed per person. There will also be thousands of small eggs for the little ones to collect around the base area.

Join us on the Basin Patio to celebrate Earth Day with live music from Kedron Asphalt Palace! Named after a roller hockey rink, Kedron Asphalt Palace (KAP for short) is a reggae rock band based in Denver, CO. Comprised of Ty (guitar/vocals), John (bass/trumpet), Mick (drums), and Mclain/Euphoric Mind (keys), KAP blends reggae music with synthesizers, horns, and rock elements to create a unique reggae sound. 2-5PM!

It's more than a benefit - it's a good time with old friends and new. Join us for a fun day of spring skiing, BBQ lunch and refreshments. The day will also feature live music from Mark Morris & The Rope Duckers (with special guests), and a HUGE collection of drawing prizes while giving back to an organization that provides backcountry information and education to our community: the Colorado Avalanche Information Center (CAIC)!
Get your tickets before 4:30 pm on Friday, April 25th to help us manage check in and avoid lines! If you do miss the pre-registration cut off, we will have day-of registration from 8:30-9:30 am Saturday, April 26th.

Focusing our travels to mountain towns has also given him a great palate of mountain music styles to draw from including styles from North America, France, Italy, Russia, Argentina, and Ireland.

Joe and Paul have been playing in bands together for nearly two decades! Devin, with a similar style and taste for music, was a great fit!
