Women's Free Ski Demo Day February 2nd at Loveland Ski Area.
If you missed our women's demo days in December and January, don't miss it this February! We promise that testing skis back to back, on the same day, in the same conditions is far and away the best way to figure out which skis you love. Not to mention, it's so much fun. We're the only store in the country, maybe even the world, that hosts women only demo days. Skip the dude fest at the on snow ski demos and come ski with us. We'll have all the best skis that our ski testers select for out store at the demo - over 40 pair and a variety of lengths. We'll also have our ski experts on snow to help guide you, with your feedback, from ski to ski. We'll have women's skis from Elan, Black Crows, Kastle, Volkl, Blizzard, Dynastar and more. Join us as the Loveland Race Club hosts a free Family Race Day on March 11! The race will take place off the Ptarmigan Lift in Bennett's Bowl from 10am - 2pm and will be open to skiers and snowboarders of all ages and abilities. Come out and race your friends and family for fun and bragging rights. The race is free and open to everyone. Just sign up the morning of on the Basin Patio or at the top of the course.
New Belgium Brewing will be at Loveland Basin offering tastings of there specialty brews! After taking some turns on the mountain, be sure to stop by the Rathskeller on Friday, February 10th for this free après event!
Handcrafted by snowboarders like you in Silverton, Colorado, Venture offers high performance, premium quality snowboards and splitboards. Come take their latest and greatest decks out for a test drive at Loveland Ski Area! Demos are free, but you must be 18 or older and have a lift ticket, credit card and driver's license handy.

Join the Powder7 ladies along with SheJumps and Salomon at Loveland Ski Area on Galentine's Day, Feb 13, to test out some of our favorite skis! Demo time will run from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Check-in starts at 8:45 am in the Lower Ridge Room a the base, where we'll gather and boot up. Details and waivers will be emailed out after registration along with a request form for your binding settings.
The $50 demo fee gets you:
-Unlimited ski demos between 9 am and 3 pm.
-Lunch voucher (including a beer!)

The 32nd Annual Marry Me & Ski for Free Valentine’s Day Mountaintop Matrimony ceremony and reception is a Loveland tradition where new couples are joined in matrimony and married couples renew their vows in a mass wedding at 12:00pm sharp in Forest Meadow. The Mountaintop Matrimony is one of Loveland's most popular events of the year and we look forward to your participation. The ceremony is done for all couples at the same time and lasts approximately 30 minutes. Couples are required to sign-in the morning of the event at registration in the Lower Ridge Room and are asked to be at Forest Meadow by 11:30am.
Participants and guests must be able to ride the lift up to the top and then ski or snowboard down the hill in order to attend the ceremony. There will be no transportation up or down the mountain for non-skiers/snowboarders.
The Honeymooner's Apres Party for all participants and their guests follows the ceremony at 1:30pm at the Loveland Basin featuring wedding cupcakes and sparkling apple cider!

The US Forest Service and Loveland Ski Area team up to host Loveland's Ski with a Ranger Day! Join a Forest Service Snow Ranger for a fun, free, and easy run centered around the relationships between Loveland and the land we all enjoy so much. Topics include glacial geology, winter ecology, local history, and partnerships and are suited for all ages (recommended for ages 8+). Simply meet at Ptarmigan Roost Cabin at the top of the Ptarmigan Lift at 10:30am for a run with the Snow Ranger (plan to get there 15 minutes early).

Calling all women shredders - Loveland Ski Area and Christy Sports are stoked to bring you an All Women's Rail Jam benefitting SheJumps!
Girls and women of all ages are invited to come out and shred Love Park on February 25th, 2023.
Prizes will be awarded in each age group to the best overall contestant, most creative trick, and best dressed/best costume. We’ll also be looking for the most stoked fans and supporters to give some extra swag to!

We're the only women's ski shop and the country that host demo days exclusively for women. Skip the dude fest at the other on snow ski demos, and come ski with us. Our curated collection of skis includes only best in class selected by our team of female ski testers. You'll see skis from Kastle, Blizzard, Volkl, Black Crows, Elan, Head, and more. Colorado based country-blues musician, Earl Nelson, is reinvigorating the field of modern americana music. Influenced by everything from early century delta blues & bluegrass to early 1970's country funk. Writing about the average American life, the music and lyrics behave without genre boundaries.
Born and raised in Eastern Kansas, Earl picked up the guitar through an obsession with the likes of Skip James, Son House, & Charley Patton. After years of playing desert blues in Austin, TX, Earl has found a home in Colorado with a group of great musicians that move freely through genres to make for a unique lively rolling sound. Earl Nelson & the Company have emerged to create a funky blend of Mississippi delta blues, Mo-town soul, and bluegrass country. The band infuses blues banjo, jazz keys, funky basslines, and heavy percussion to back Earl's gritty vocals and slide guitar. With a large helping of gospel blues riffs and New Orleans piano solos, their live sound turns any stage into old-fashioned juke joint.
Forged in the mountains of jazz, and tempered by the funky realities of city life, Denver based Zenobia Street Funk Collective has been rocking stages across Colorado for years and is STOKED to once again play Loveland Ski Area - Blend jam-band sensibilities with soulful grooves, pair it with internationally-renowned musicianship, and you have a hint to what lies in store from Zenobia's six bandmates - Inspired by groups like Lettuce, Soullive, Cannonball Adderly, and Snarky Puppy, Zenobia puts musicianship at the center of the stage, and let's the jams dictate where to go next.
