Loveland Ski Area Wants all Purchasers to be aware of the following:

HOLDER AGREES AND UNDERSTANDS THAT SKIING, SNOWBOARDING AND USING LOVELAND SKI AREA, INCLUDING ITS LIFTS, FOR ANY PURPOSE CAN BE HAZARDOUS

WARNING

Under Colorado law, a skier assumes the risk of any injury to person or property resulting from any of the inherent dangers and risks of skiing and may not recover from any ski area operator for any injury resulting from any of the inherent dangers and risks of skiing, including: Changing weather conditions; existing and changing snow conditions including avalanches; bare spots; rocks; stumps; trees; collisions with natural objects, man-made objects, or other skiers; variations in terrain; the failure of skiers to ski within their own abilities. The Ski Safety Act was amended in 2004 to include CLIFFS, EXTREME TERRAIN, TREES, JUMPS AND FREESTYLE TERRAIN as inherent dangers and risks of the sport. Holder understands that he/she is responsible for using the ski area safely and for having physical dexterity to safely load, ride and unload the lifts. Holder agrees to read and understand all signage and instructions and agrees to comply with them. Holder understands that he/she must control his/her speed and course at all times and maintain a proper lookout. Holder understands that snowmobiles, snowcats, and snowmaking may be encountered at any time. In consideration of using the premises, Holder agrees to ASSUME ALL RISKS associated with the activities and to HOLD HARMLESS Loveland Ski Area and its representatives for all claims for injury to person or property. Holder agrees that any and all disputes between Holder and the Ski Area regarding an alleged incident shall be governed by COLORADO LAW and EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION shall be in the State of Colorado, Clear Creek County. This pass is revocable by any Ski Area personnel if in their sole judgment Holder engages in any improper conduct, or commits any act, which endangers Holder or others; such act may be prosecuted as a criminal offense. Ticket will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Ticket must be visible. Ticket must be transferred to new clothing by ticket office personnel. Transfer by others will void ticket.

Product Specific Terms and Conditions

 

4-Paks:

4-Pak Tickets will be mailed via USPS and will arrive in 7-10 business days. They may NOT be picked up at the area or rush delivered. They will be mailed to the address given. Loveland 4-Paks are valid for the 2024/25 season only and will not be refunded or extended to the 2025/26 season for any reason and are not for resale.

Season Passes:

Loveland Season Passes are valid for the entire 2024/25 season only and will not be refunded for any reason. Season passes may be picked up at the Loveland Basin Season Pass Office 7 days a week, 8:00am-4:00pm through closing day. All pass holders will need to complete an electronic Season Pass Waiver by following the link below. Individuals under 18 will need the waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Lift Ticket Packages:

Lift Tickets, Lift and Rental, and Lift and Lunch packages may be redeemed at any Loveland Ski Area ticket window, Loveland Sport Shop, Loveland Rental Shop or Loveland Ski & Ride School Office with the email confirmation on your mobile device or printed email confirmation or valid ID. Ticket packages are valid only on date selected. Tickets and rentals are nontransferable and nonrefundable. If you purchased a Ski & Ride School product in the same sale, please go directly to the Loveland Ski & Ride School to pick up all of your purchases.

Ski & Ride School:

All students should check in at least 60-90 minutes prior to lesson start time. All lessons must first report to Loveland Ski & Ride School before picking up any rental equipment. Ski and Ride School is located at the Loveland Valley. Please call to reschedule or cancel, a fee may be incurred. A release signed by a parent or guardian will be required for all students under 18. Basin Rentals

Rental package is valid only on date and time selected. Please arrive at the Basin Rental Shop at the time selected. Rental packages are non-transferable and non-refundable, rescheduling may be possible please see skiloveland.com/rentals for more details.

You may redeem your rental package at the Basin Rental Shop with the printed email confirmation or email confirmation on your mobile device. Performance package rental will require a credit card to be kept on file before the equipment will be released to the customer. Be sure to have a credit card with you when you arrive to pick up your performance rental equipment. If you do not have a credit card with you, you will be required to rent sport equipment for the day, with a $10 refund being issued on your original performance rental. A release signed by a parent or guardian will be required for all renters under 18. The Rental release may be printed from the link below:

Valley Rentals

Loveland Pass Cards:

Loveland Pass Cards will be mailed via USPS and should arrive in 7-10 business days. They may NOT be picked up at the area or rush delivered. They will be mailed to the address given, call us if a different delivery address should be used. Loveland Pass Cards are valid for the 2024/25 season only and will not be refunded or extended to the 2025/26 season for any reason.

Uphill Access:

Uphill Access Passes are valid for the 2024/25 season only. Users may not access the mountain until the physical pass has been received.(email confirmation of purchase will not suffice.) Uphill Access Passes may be picked up in person at the Loveland Basin Season Pass office any day between 8:00am and 4:00pm. Passes must be worn by user when accessing the mountain. A waiver must be signed before an Uphill Access Pass may be mailed. Uphill Access Passes may be mailed by submitting a request via email to ticket@skiloveland.com, Type UPHILL in the subject line, Include full name of purchaser, Include the full mailing address Delivery may take 14 days, passes will not be reissued once mailed unless the mailing window has passed. 2024-2025 Waiver

Snow Cat Tour

Loveland Snowcat Tours is a full-day guided snowcat tour for intermediate and expert skiers/snowboarders in Dry Gulch. Meet in the Lower Ridge View Room at 8:00am on your scheduled trip date. Tours end at approximately 3:30pm. Your purchase includes a lift ticket for the day to access the snowcat, guided snowcat tour, lunch, and an apres beverage in The Rathskeller. Please double check the date you have selected and also the number of seats that you would like to reserve. Cancellations made within 10 days of the trip date are not eligible for a refund. Guests 13 and under are not permitted on Loveland Snowcat Tours. Guests 14-17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All participants are required to sign a waiver at check-in prior to accessing the snowcat.

More Information

SnowCat Tours Cancellation/Refund Policy: Guests that cancel 10 days or more in advance will receive a full refund. Guests that cancel within 10 days of their trip will not be entitled to any refund and will not be permitted to reschedule. Guests can reschedule their trips to another available day within the same season as long as they do so at least 10 days prior to their trip date. Guests are limited to one reschedule per season. If Loveland Snowcat Tours cancels a trip for any reason, guests will receive a full refund, or they may reschedule their trip for any available day within the same season. Tours will not run unless at least 6 seats are booked. We will do our best to fill empty seats or combine groups when possible. Refunds will not be provided to late guests who are not present and ready to go when the group departs. Winter travel conditions on I70 can cause delays and closures, so please plan accordingly. Refunds will not be provided to guests that are unable to ski the terrain served by Loveland Snowcat Tours.

 

Cancellation / Reschedule Policy for day lift tickets, rental equipment, and lessons

 

Cancelling a reservation 24 hours or more in advance of start time = full refund

Cancelling a reservation within 24 hours or after start time = 50% refund

Cancelling a reservation after a prior reschedule = 50% refund

Rescheduling before the scheduled start time = no charge for first rescheduling

Rescheduling more than once before scheduled start time = $20 fee for each reschedule

Rescheduling after the start time = $20 fee, even if it is the first rescheduling

Please Note:

Any cancellations or rescheduling must be COMPLETED by the start time

Sending an email, leaving a message, or attempting to call is not sufficient

Full refunds are only issued to cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance

Once you reschedule a reservation, you are only eligible for a 50% refund
