Valley Closing DayValley Closing Day All Day Loveland's Amazing Giant Easter Egg Hunt!Loveland's Amazing Giant Easter Egg Hunt! – Join us on Easter Sunday for a Spring Skiing Giant Easter Egg Hunt! Gather at the Basin area for first chair at 8:30am and keep your eyes peeled for the giant hidden Easter Eggs as you ski down the slopes, browse the Sport Shop, and wander the base area. Huge eggs mean huge prizes such as skis, snowboards, and tons of other awesome goodies. There are a limited number of these giant Easter Eggs hidden around the Basin and only one can be claimed per person. There will also be thousands of small eggs for the little ones around the base area. Ski with a US Forest Service RangerSki with a US Forest Service Ranger – The US Forest Service and Loveland Ski Area team up to host Loveland's Ski with a Ranger Day! Join a Forest Service Snow Ranger for a fun, free, and easy run centered around the relationships between Loveland and the land we all enjoy so much. Topics include glacial geology, winter ecology, local history, and partnerships and are suited for all ages (recommended for ages 8+). Simply meet at Ptarmigan Roost Cabin at the top of the Ptarmigan Lift at 10:30am for a run with the Snow Ranger (plan to get there 15 minutes early).
