Loveland Ski Area offers a mid-week program for preschool age skiers and snowboarders ready for an early start. The Winter Wiggler Program includes lunch, snacks and a variety of fun indoor and outdoor activities in addition to the lessons.
This fun and educational program is designed for preschool age kids and parents looking for a midweek break from their routine. Your child will learn from the same instructor for all three lessons and with a 3-1 student to instructor ratio, your little one is guaranteed to learn, laugh and have a great time! This season Loveland will host these three week sessions in January and February. Drop off your child beginning at 10:00am. Lessons run 10:30am to 2:00pm and includes a 2 hour ski lesson, lunch, snacks, 1 hour of educational activities and equipment rental. Additional curriculum is based on the U.S. Forest Service Junior Snow Ranger Program and each child that participates qualifies for “Junior Snow Ranger Credentials” from the U.S. Forest Service. This is the perfect opportunity to introduce your preschool age child to the sport of skiing in a fun and relaxed atmosphere and get some “ME” time on the mountain for mom or dad. Parents are also eligible to purchase one discounted adult lift ticket each day of the program.
Reservations and pre-payment are required. Space is limited. All children must be potty trained to participate in the Winter Wigglers program. All lessons begin at Loveland Valley.
