January 30, 2026(1 event) Loveland Ski Area Blood Drive with Vitalant – Patients need you! Vitalant is facing a blood emergency as donated blood is going out to hospitals faster than donors are coming in, causing the blood supply to sink to its lowest level in a year. Donors of all blood types are needed, especially type O and platelet donors. Loveland will be hosting a blood drive from 10AM - 2 PM on Friday, January 30th. ALL DONORS WILL RECIEVE ONE FREE LOVELAND LIFT TICKET! |

If you’ve ever been to a traditional ski demo, you know the drill — long lines, lots of dudes, and not much focus on women’s gear. Outdoor Divas Women’s Demo Days are different. In fact, they’re the only ski demo events in the entire country designed just for women. At Loveland Ski Area, you’ll have the chance to test the newest women’s skis — back-to-back, in real conditions — without the pressure or chaos of a typical demo. Our team curates the best selection from top brands, set up specifically for women, and we’re right there to answer questions, share insights, and help you zero in on what feels best underfoot. It’s more than a gear test. It’s a supportive, fun, and refreshingly different way to discover skis that actually work for you. From confident cruisers to adventurous powder seekers, women of all levels will find something that elevates their day on the hill.
Pre-registration isn’t required, but it really helps. If you sign up in advance, check-in is quicker and you’ll spend more time skiing and less time filling out forms. Walk-ups are always welcome too. |

February 14, 2026(3 events) Loveland's 35th Annual Mountaintop Matrimony – The 35th Annual Marry Me & Ski for Free Valentine’s Day Mountaintop Matrimony ceremony and reception is a Loveland tradition where new couples are joined in matrimony, and married couples renew their vows in a mass wedding at 12:00pm sharp in Forest Meadow. The Mountaintop Matrimony is one of Loveland's most popular events of the year and we look forward to your participation. The ceremony is done for all couples at the same time and lasts approximately 30 minutes. Couples are required to sign-in the morning of the event at registration in the Lower Ridge Room and are asked to be at Forest Meadow by 11:30am. Participants and guests must be able to ride the lift up to the top and then ski or snowboard down the hill in order to attend the ceremony. There will be no transportation up or down the mountain for non-skiers/snowboarders. The Honeymooner's Apres Party for all participants and their guests follows the ceremony at 1:30pm at the Loveland Basin featuring wedding desserts and sparkling apple cider! February 18, 2026(1 event) Ninety-Pound Rucksack Challenge – The Ninety-Pound Rucksack Challenge is an annual ski mountaineering event that honors the legacy of the 10th Mountain Division, their historic World War II ascent of Riva Ridge, and their post-war contributions to American skiing. Participants across the country recreate the 10th’s legendary climb by ascending 1,500 to 2,500 feet and skiing back down. This event is a chance to celebrate history, community, and the spirit of adventure embodied by the 10th.
Participants will gather in the Lower Ridge Room at the east (left) side of the main lodge at Loveland Basin.
We will have an event waiver for participants to sign at check-in. Uphill Access passes to Loveland are $50 for the season if participants want to come try out the course prior to the event. On the night of the event, we will be waiving the uphill access fee and have temporary uphill access passes for the event only. Participants will pick those up at check-in, if needed. Loveland has 1 uphill access route starting from the base of Lift 2 to the top of the Ptarmigan Lift, ending at the Ptarmigan Cabin. Route A uphill access route can be seen along the brown dotted line that starts at the base along Tango Road. We will have signage and guides for those unfamiliar with Loveland. |

February 28, 2026(3 events) Free Family Race Day! – Join us as the Loveland Race Club hosts a free Family Race Day on Saturday, February 28, 2026! The race will take place off the Ptarmigan Lift in Bennett's Bowl from 10am - 2pm and will be open to skiers and snowboarders of all ages and abilities. Come out and race your friends and family for fun and bragging rights. The race is free and open to everyone. Just sign up the morning of at the E-Tow Cabin at the bottom of the racecourse.
